Inclusive Technology offer the Big Keys LX.
Big Keys LX has 60 large, chunky keys, including access to function keys. It is available in a wide range of colours and layouts, with qwerty or abc layouts too.
The keys help the user to recognise when they have been pressed with a nice distinct click and will not keep repeating a letter if held down.

At the time of writing the Big Keys LX is priced at £99 + vat.
Inclusive also offer a Jumbo XL, which while designed for children does feature 1 inch keys and might be suitable for some. The overall keyboard size is the same as standard keyboards, which may help with some workstations, the key sized is increased with the loss of any separate numeric keypad.
